My order has gone missing, not arrived, or says it's delivered when it is not.
If your order has gone missing we're here to help! You should have received a email when your order was dispatched (completed). Please check your tracking details first with the relevant courier as it maybe this will help you locate your parcel.
You can also find your tracking details by logging into your account on our website and going to your orders from the account menu.
If the parcel has not been delivered and the tracking is not showing any movement it's best to open a ticket with us, or contact the courier yourself if it's easy and convenient to do so.
If you are outside of the UK your parcel may be awaiting payment of customs / duties / tax charges. The tracking will usually let you know if this is the case and often include a link to arrange payment.
