If I order from outside of the UK do I have to pay customs/taxes?

We do not currently ship orders with taxes paid, so your order is shipped excluding taxes.
You will therefore have to pay taxes and customs fees if you are required to do so with the carrier when it reaches your country.

Many countries do have a threshold where orders under this value will not attract fees, so it maybe worth checking on this before you order. Bear in mind that this amount includes the shipping fee.

Any items returned due to customs fees not being paid will result in the shipping costs not being refunded once the package arrives back with us. Except if it's our fault or the carriers fault of course.
